摘    要: 考虑工业丙烯原料中主要存在的主要活性杂质, 并结合普遍适用的丙烯均聚机理, 提出了适合应用于工业聚合的丙烯均聚原理。在此基础上, 耦合质量守恒方程, 建立了稳态操作条件下的环管反应器中均聚聚丙烯产品的质量定制模型. 采用生成函数法对该模型进行求解, 得到了均聚条件下聚丙烯产品性能指标和聚合工艺条件的关系。此外, 将插值法引入到聚丙烯新牌号产品的开发中, 结合得到的“产品性能指标与工艺条件”之间关系, 提出了一种新牌号聚丙烯产品的开发方案。

Abstract:In the present study, the steady-state quality model of polypropylene produced in a loop reactor is suggested based on the propylene polymerization mechanism and the mass balance equations. The relationship between the main performance indexes of polypropylene and the polymerization conditions is also obtained according to the above models. Accordingly, a development mode of new grade polypropylenes is put forward. Furthermore, based on the new development mode, a new grade polypropylene and its operation conditions are put forward. Furthermore, the performance indexes of the new product are established.
