摘    要:通过非水溶液电解、扫描电镜、图像仪等手段,研究钢包吹氩与耐火材料对钢中夹杂物的影响。找出了夹杂物数量、尺寸、组成、分布和类型在不同工序中的变化规律,提出了改善钢的洁净度的建议。

Abstract:By means of electrolysis with nonaqueous solution, SEM and image analyzer, the impact on inclusions of the ladle argon-blown and refractory materials have been investigated. The variations of content, size, composition distribution and type of inclusions during steel-making have been examined. The measures for enhancing the cleanness of steel are proposed.
