摘    要:以金川镍闪速炉渣为原料,在高温熔融态下加入碳质还原剂以及钙质熔剂,还原渣中的铁及其它有价金属,并对还原过程进行了系统研究。结果表明,最佳还原条件为:还原温度1 550℃,还原时间1 h,还原剂率20%,熔剂率40%,在上述条件下,铁的直收率可达91.36%,还原过程中金属铁的平衡率可达98.33%。

Abstract:A new process for recovering iron and other valuable metals with carbonaceous reducing agent and calcic flux at high temperature from Jinchuan nickel slag has been investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions obtained are as follow:the reduction process is conducted at 1 550 ℃ for 1 h,while 20% carbonaceous reducing agent and 40% calcic flux are added.Under the above conditions,the recovering ratio of iron can reach 91.36%,and the metal equilibrium of iron is 98.33%.
