基于模糊PID的热轧带钢宽度控制

摘    要:带钢热连轧宽度控制过程是一个复杂的非线性过程、难以建立精确的数学模型,对于传统的数学模型的轧机计算很难实现精度要求。设计一种用于宽度控制的模糊PID控制器。并用Matlab语言的Simulink仿真工具,进行了常规PID控制与模糊PID控制的动态性能的仿真比较,结果表明模糊PID控制可明显提高宽度控制系统的动态性能。

Abstract:The width control process on hot strip mill is complicated and non- linear. It is difficult to establish its precision mathe-matical models. It is very difficult to realize high precision of rolling mill' s calculation of the traditional mathematical model . Soa new width controller based on fuzzy PID was designed. The comparison of fuzzy PID control with traditional PID was made bysimulation through the Simulink toolbox of the Matlab language.The results show that the performance of the width control systemcan be obviously improved by using the fuzzy PID control strategy.
