植物性食品中稀土元素的快速测定

摘    要:采用微波消解处理样品,消化液直接用ICP-MS进行分析,以建立植物性食品中稀土元素的快速测定方法。实验结果证明,该方法检出限0.01~0.2μg/kg,精密度优于10%,对3个标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。利用该方法对植物性食品中稀土元素进行测定,完成检测只需1~2h,满足日常检验需求,较大地提高工作效率。

Rapid determination of rare earth elements in plant food
Abstract:Objective To develop a method for rapid determination of rare earth elements in plant food.Methods After acid-digestion in microwave system,sample solusion was directly determined by ICP-MS.Results The detection limit was 0.01~0.2μg/kg,the RSD was less than 10%,and the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclustion This method cost 1~2 hours to finish the determination of rare earth elements in plant food.It is accurate,easy,and effective.
