| Abstract: | In this paper, by the logafier circuit, a new method is induced to realize thelinearizing compensation of gas sensor non-linearization. In the meantime, the executivecircuit and experimental results are also be provided. Consequently, it shows this circuithas the specialities of wide measurement rang, high linearization precison, and so on. |
