| 摘 要： | 本文介绍的单盘板安装焊接新工艺──拘束法，最大的特点是不留收缩缝，由外向内施焊一气呵成，为使单盘板“绷紧”，在浮舱与壁板之间临时加焊连接角钢，焊后拆除，单盘板表面平整度可与最初进行定位焊时的表面形状一致，但焊缝及板材的内应力较大。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new welding techniqne for the installation of singte-deck plate by using restrain method which is noted for its continuous welding froin outside to mside without constriction seam. In order to stretch the single-deck plale. the temporary connection angle bars are added between the cabins and the wall plates which could be removed afterwards. In this way, the surface smoothness of the single-deck plates is as good as the surface by spot welding other than with higher internal stresses within the weld seams and plates setting. |
