焊接过程宏微观数值模拟与仿真的研究现状

摘    要:焊接过程的数值模拟与仿真是研究焊接热过程、焊接电弧行为、焊接熔池、焊接应力与变形、焊接结构疲劳与脆断、焊接接头力学性能、焊接接头微观组织、界面形成机理,以及焊接缺陷分析等问题的基础。借助计算机辅助技术对于焊接现象进行模拟研究,可以解决试验和实际生产中诸多的困难问题,对焊接过程控制和工艺优化等具有重要的指导价值。通过对目前国内外焊接领域关于焊接过程宏微观的数值模拟与仿真研究现状的分析,描述了焊接数值模拟技术的主要发展方向,并指出了一些研究中的热点问题,旨在为相关领域的研究工作者提供有效的帮助,开拓新的研究思路。

Abstract:Numerical simulation and modeling of welding process is the basis of thermal process, welding arc and welding pool, welding stress and deformation, fatigue and brittle fracture of welded structure, mechanical properties of welded joints, welding joint microstructure, interface formation mechanism, and welding defect analysis. Simulation study on welding phenomenon with computer aided technology can solve many difficult problems in test and production. It is an important guide for welding process control and process optimization. By analyzing the current situation of macro and micro numerical simulation of welding process, the main development direction of welding numerical simulation technology was described and some hot issues were highlighted. This paper provides an effective help for researchers in related fields and expands new research ideas.
