摘    要:针对壁挂式机载设备减振系统因刚度耦合难以准确设计的问题,基于有限元分析法,结合振动学理论,利用Ansys Workbench软件,进行减振系统在螺旋桨飞机平台环境下的随机振动仿真,得出受X、Y、Z三向振动时选取不同型号橡胶减振器的动态响应特性.基于控制变量法,讨论挂架与设备上2个位置的减振性能,分析壁挂式减振系统响应特性的影响因素,得出最优结果,完成减振器选型,为后期壁挂式机载设备的减振系统设计提供参考.

Abstract:For the problem that the vibration reduction system of the wall-mounted airborne equipment is difficult to accurately design due to the stiffness coupling, according to the vibration theory,the random vibration simulation of the vibration reduction system on the airplane with the screw propeller is carried out by Workbench Ansys software and by finite element analysis method. The dynamic response characteristics of the equipment with different dampers are obtained under vibration in three directions of X, Y and Z. The vibration reduction performance of the rack and 2 positions on the equipment are discussed by controlling variable method. The factors affecting the response characteristics of the wall-mounted vibration reduction system are analyzed. Thus the optimum result is obtained and the shock absorber selection is completed. This can provide reference for vibration reduction system design of the wall-mounted airborne equipment.
