建筑工程抗震设计“常见病”分析及对策

摘    要:建筑工程的抗震设计是确保工程抗震设防质量最关键的一环,根据荆州市280项工程设计质量抽查结果,认为建筑工程抗震设计的“常见病”主要表现在抗震设防依据和设防标准,地基和基础,结构布局,变形验算,构造设计,超规范设计等方面存在的问题,通过分析“病”因,提出了相应防治对策是:(1)要根据设施依据合理确定抗震设防标准;(2)规范地震勘察报告;(3)加强抗震“概念设计”。

Abstract:Antiseismic design for building engineering is the most important step ensuring the required quality of antiseismic design.Based on the results of sampled checkouts of 280 project designs,commonly encountered problems exist in establishing the basis and standard of seismic protection,ground and foundation,structure arrangement,deformation calculation,construction design,and so on.The cause for the problems has been analyzed.The mearurements to be taken are discussed according to the conditions in our country.
