摘    要:通过分析在移动医疗大数据平台下,机会网络中节点传递信息方式的特点,遍历所有邻接节点,对两节点的数据进行比较,通过最优匹配方式,选择匹配结果最优的邻接节点作为下一跳的节点,从而找出一条使数据高效转发的路径。根据此过程,提出一种基于移动医疗大数据平台下深度最优匹配算法的机会网络转发机制,即DOM算法,用来匹配节点中的数据分组,从而选择一条数据高效转发的路径。通过与机会网络中的经典算法比较,表明DOM算法能够在数据传播的过程中减少冗余数据并且显著提高传输成功率。

Abstract:We analyze the ways that nodes pass information in opportunity networks on mobile medical big data platform. By covering all the nearby nodes and comparing the data of each pair of nearby nodes, the optimal matching method is used to select the adjacent nodes with the optimal matching results as the next hop nodes, thus finding a path of forwarding the data efficiently. Based on the aforementioned process, we put forward a depth optimal matching algorithm in opportunistic network forwarding mechanism on mobile medical big data platform, called the Depth Optimal Matching (DOM) algorithm. It is used to match the data between the nodes in order to find a path that can forward data efficiently. Experimental results show that compared with classical algorithms in opportunistic networks, the DOM algorithm can reduce the redundant data in the process of data transmission and improve the successful transmission rate significantly.
