SiC晶须的结晶性研究

摘    要:采用固-液-气(VLS)法,在无限微热源炉中成功地合成了碳化硅晶须(SiCw),运用SEM,XRD,EDS等分析检测技术对SiCw的形态和显微结构进行研究。在制备出的SiCw产物中,出现不同形态的晶须形貌,除了细长均匀的碳化硅晶须外,还出现了各种其它不规则形状的晶须。通过分析,不规则形状的晶须也为SiCw。

Study on Crystallinity of Silicon Carbide Whisker Synthesized in Infinite Mini-Heat Source Furnace

Abstract:SiC whisker was fabricated in mini - heat source furnace by VLS method. Its crystallography and morphology were studied by SEM, XRD and EDS. Different morphologies were observed in the whisker. Except thin long, several products with irregular shapes occurred. The difference of catalyst temperature causes SiC whisker with different morphologies. Through analyzing the element of SiC whisker with irregular shape, it shows that its main gradients areSiC.
