摘    要:对型材连轧线减速箱、机架的固有频率进行了现场实测 ,发现轧制速度提高后轧机传动系统转动频率、齿轮箱啮合频率与机架固有频率存在谐振关系 ,由此带来的动载效应是传动系统过早失效的主要原因。

Abstract:The natural frequencies of reductor and stand in mould mill continuous -rolling-line have been tested. It has been found that, when the rolling speed increased, the relation of the rotate frequency of driving system, joggle frequency of reductor and natural frequency of stand is syntonous. This effect of dynamic load is the main cause, which resulted in the fault of driving system.
