电加热炉温度单片机控制系统

针对电加热炉温度控制由于非线性、大滞后、时变性等特点很难用数学方法建立精确的数学模型,用传统的控制理论和方法很难达到好的控制效果,介绍了一种新型的应用单片机AT89C51对其进行智能控制的控温系统。系统通过硬件电路和软件程序实现智能控制,描述了硬件原理图和软件程序框图,而在软件设计中采用智能控制算法,取得了良好的控制效果。

A Single-chip Microcomputer System for Controlling Temperature of an Electric Heating Furnace

Because of characteristics of temperature control of electrically heated oven,such as nonlinear,big delay and time varying etc.,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model,and it is mostly difficult to achieve a good control result with the control theory and the traditional method.This paper introduces a kind of new temperature control system making intelligent control with the chip microcomputer AT89C51.Its intelligent control is realized by using hardware circuit and software program.The hardware principle and software program flow chart are described.The software experimental results show that the system is very effective.
