摘    要:对四球机、Falex,Tunkon和FGZ摩擦磨损试验机测定的润滑油脂承载能力(油性、抗磨性和极压性)结果进行了比较,发现变化趋势并非完全相同;从纳米摩擦学角度考察了影响测试效果的各种因素,发现润滑油脂承载能力依赖于试验机摩擦副的情况,具体是:(1)摩擦副材质的不同;(2)摩擦副接触方式不同,如点、线或面接触;(3)摩擦副的运动方式不同,如滑动和滚动。四球机为点接触试验,可在较短的时间内准确地测量磨损值,需要试样量较少,而线接触试验机通常需要磨合期,试验周期较长,进行质量监控时最好用四球试验机。

Abstract:The Load carrying capacity (lubricity, anti - wear and extreme pressure property) of lubricating oils and greases measured with friction and wear test machines such as Four-ball, Falex, Timkon and FZG has been compared, and the relative ranking trends of anti - wear efficiency were not the same. From nano- tribology the factors influencing performances of lubricants at nibbing surfaces have been investigated, it indicates that wear measurements of lubricants depend on concrete conditions of test machines, i.e. (l) the material of the mating surfaces, (2) the contact pattern of rubbing pairs, e. g. spot, line or face, (3) motion styles of testers, e. g. pure sliding, or sliding coupling with rolling. For quality control purpose, Four-ball machine, a point contact tester, is preferred over Timkon, Falex and FZG, since it is easier to run with less samples, and other line contact machines need a period to run in.
