南屯煤矿深部松软煤层巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:南屯煤矿深部松软煤层巷道,在掘进过程中顶板破碎,伴有大量顶煤冒落且围岩破坏严重。论文主要针对不同支护条件和巷道围岩破坏状况进行数值模拟分析,结合实际情况制定了深部软岩巷道的支护方案。现场监测表明,巷道围岩得到了有效控制。

Abstract:During the initial excavation,the tender coal seam workings in deep seam in Nantun Colliery takes on slocking of roof,with breaking-out in bulk coal and surrounding rock failure.Based on the research of this event,the page simulate the failure of surrounding rock under various supporting situation and workings in various position,which is associated with the actual state,to determine the support scheme of deep tender workings: adopted the leading bolting to depress the roof-fall and combined support using anchor bolt and cable anchor as the permanent scheme.By the in-situ measurement,the movement of roof is well controlled.
