摘    要:电力系统与能源和环境息息相关。随着可再生能源的发展、能源危机的加剧、环境的恶化,当前电力系统面临诸多新挑战。智能电网就是应对这些新挑战的愿景框架,应该理解为愿景电力系统,是能源防御体系和环境安全体系中的重要环节。

Abstract:A power system is closely linked to the primary energy and the environment. With the development of the renewable energy, the aggravation of the energy crisis, the severe situation of the environmental safety, the paper describes new challenges faced to the current power system. It is presented that the smart grid is a global frame to cope with these challenges, and that the smart grid is also an important part in the energy defense system and the environment safety system. Finally, it is pointed out that the smart grid should be read as the vision power system by exploring its essential connotation.
