摘    要:介绍了一种用CMOS图像传感器测量镜头MTF的实用方法及其实用实例。该方法通过引入参考空间频率,利用在CMOS图像传感器像面上,对被测空间频率与参考空间频率的像素灰度值的读取,能够便捷并且比较准确地测定镜头的MTF值。由于参考空间频率的引入,大体消除了CMOS图像传感器本身MTF对测量结果的影响,从而使测量结果更接近理论运算结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces a practical method for measuring modulation transfer function(MTF) of an optical imaging system by using CMOS imager sensor.This method brings in a new conception of reference frequency. By reading the pixel values which reference frequency and tested frequency make on the CMOS imager sensor through the optical imaging system,this method can calculate out the MTF of the optical imaging system promptly and accurately.The reference frequency can eliminate most of the impact CMOS imager sensor itself makes to the system MTF and therefore make the MTF values more accurate.
