推行工程量清单计价所面临的问题与思考

国家建设部标准《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已于2003年7月1日起颁布实施,这是我国深化工程造价管理改革的重要内容,是规范建设市场运行秩序的一项重要举措。当前湖州市也逐步推行工程量清单计价,尤其是国有投资工程严格按规范规定执行,推动了湖州市工程造价管理的改革与创新。
