| 摘 要： | 针对我国水电的特点和现状以及目前电力市场的发展状况，论述了水 电进入市场所面临的问题及今后的任务。并结合我国水资源的分布特点，阐明了加快全国联 网、建立全国电力市场对于充分利用水能、发挥水电优势、实现全国范围内资源优化配置的重要意义。

| Abstract: | A general discussion about the problems to be sloved is presented in this paper, b ased on the analysis of the characteristics of hydropower and the development of the electricity market. According to the distribution of hydropower resources o ver this country, expounded is the significance of quickening the step of nation al interconnection and setting up the national electricity market to the utiliza tion and optimized allocation of hydropower resources in the whole country. |
