摘    要:针对巨型重载操作机的央持装置,以广泛使用的压杆式夹持装置为研究对象,建立从驱动力至夹持力的包含摩擦力矩、惯性力和锻件半径影响的力学模型,主要考察钳口处于垂直和水平两个特殊位置,并利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行动态仿真,模型计算值和ADAMS仿真值比较吻合,证明所建数学模型的合理性.采用所建力学模型,对夹持装置承载能力的影响因素进行分析,为探讨大尺度时变蓖载工况下夹持装置承载能力和建立其评价指标提供理论支持.

Abstract:Based on the widely used push bar tong of large scale heavy-load forge manipulators,establishes the mechanical model between the driving force and the tong force,which considers the effect of friction moment,inertia force and radius of the workpiece when the jaws are in the vertical and horizontal position.Dynamic simulations are performed by the dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The computational results of the mechanical model are in agreement with the simulation results of ADAMS,proving that the mechanic...
