电动机的合理选配与运行节能分析

摘    要:电动机是电网上的主要负载,其运行过程中,不仅要进行电能与机械能的转换,而且自身损耗电能。本文从分析电动机运行的效率、功率因数与电流负载率的关系入手,推导出电动机经济比值的计算公式,以此能方便地计算出电动机运行的电能损耗;通过实例分析,提出了应根据经济合理选配电动机,使之运行在较佳的经济状态,达到节能的目的。

Abstract:Motors were main load on electric net during the operational course. Not only need con-verte, electric energy into mechanical energy but also consumption electric energy in itself. This paper analysed the relation of motor operation efficiency, power factor and current load, and reduced to a calculation formula for calculating economic specific value. It can calculate electric consumption of motor operation very easy. On the basis of example analysing, based on the economic specific value, it can select motors reasonably. This method can operate the motors at economic condition and energy saving.
