| Abstract: | Aiming to resolve the interface problem between time-grating and CNC system, a brief introduction about the increment method of increment grating displacement sensor is given, and an increment implementation method for time-grating based on it is studied. Meanwhile making use of CPLD, a controlling circuit which is applied to implement increment of displacement for time-grating is also brought forward. |
