镁热自蔓延高温合成硼化钙微粉的动力学

摘    要:应用DTA技术分别测定Mg与CaO,Mg与B2O3及Mg与CaO和B2O3之间的多相反应,分析Mg,CaO和B2O3三相可能存在的反应机制,应用Freeman-Carroll法和Kissinger法计算反应的活化能和反应级数。结果表明Mg-B2O3-CaO之间的反应为复杂的固固、液固反应机制。表观活化能在温度段756-810℃为E1=297kJ·mol^-1,相应的反应级数分别为nl=1.0。采用Kissinger法计算的反应级数为1.1,与Freeman-Carroll法所得的nl=1.0基本一致。

Abstract:The kinetics of preparation of cainium boride by SHS was studied.DTA curves of the reactions of Mg+CaO,Mg+B2O3and Mg+CaO+B2O3 were measured,compared and analyzed.It was found that the reaction of Mg+ CaO +B2O3 was a complicated reaction of solid-liquid-liquid-Solid The surface free energy of reaction of Mg+CaO+B2O3 was determined by the methods of Freeman-Carroll and Kissinger respectively.The results showed that E is 297 kJ·mol-1in 756~810℃,reaction progressions is n1=1.0.The reaction progressions determined by the methods of Kissinger was 1.1 and was the same mostly as that determined by the method of Freeman-Carroll
