| 摘 要： | 低温冷链展示柜作为超市的主要制冷设备之一，由于其特殊的使用条件使得蒸发器结霜速度明显快于其他制冷设备。因此，除霜已成为该类设备运行节能的关键。本文结合目前传统除霜技术措施提出一种全新的除霜理念：空气—溶液去湿除霜技术。

| Abstract: | The low temperature display cabinets play an important role in freezable instrument in supermarket. It is obvious that the speed of frosting on the evaporators in this instrument is faster than others, due to its special running conditions. As a result, defrosting has become a key problem on save energy in the running of display cabinets. On the basis of traditional methods of defrosting, a new way of defrosting methods, the air humidity control defrosting system was provided by this paper. |
