气干性不饱和聚酯树脂的合成及其性能

摘    要:讨论了阻聚剂(对苯二酚)的用量对不饱和聚酯树脂凝胶时间及贮存期的影响;同时使用了烯丙基醚基团(CH2=CH—CH2—O—)作为气干性基团,对传统不饱和聚酯树脂进行改性,讨论了烯丙基醚用量对不饱和聚酯树脂气干性的影响。实验结果表明,最佳对苯二酚用量为0 016%,烯丙基醚用量>20%。

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF GAS DRIED UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN
Abstract:Effect of the amount of polymerization inhibitor,p hydroxy phenol on gelation time and shelf life of unsaturated polyester was studied.Allyl ether group acted as gas drying group to modify the general unsaturated polyester resin and effect of the amout of allyl ether on gas drying property of unsaturated palyester resin was also discussed.Test showed that the optimum amount of p hydroxyphenol was 0016% and of allyl ether was more than 20%.In which the UPR could self dry in air without wax and could be used as matrix resin for high content paint.
