有机硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚复合胶乳微相结构的研究

摘    要:以透射电镜、动态力学谱等对合成的有机硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚复合胶乳的微相结构进行了研究。发现其微相分离的产生是必然的,但也可以由改变加料方式造成的“过渡层抑制效应”和“分子抑制效应”而加以控制。其胶乳不同的形貌是转相过程中热力学因素和动力学因素协同作用的结果。

Abstract:The microphase structure of the composite latex of organosiloxane-acrylate copolymer has been investigated, using TEM and DMS etc. It is discovered that the formation of microseparation is inevitable,by changing the feeding methods , microseparation is able to be controled as a result of the effect of transient lays inhibition and molecular inhibition. The existance of various morphology of the latex is because of the synergistic effect of thermodynamic factor with kinetic factor, during the inversion of core-shell structure of the latex.
