锦纶—6浸胶帘子布生产故障诊断专家系统研究

基于锦纶－６浸胶帘子布的特定生产条件，提出了一种多层分布式故障诊断专家系统的总体结构；结合专家系统开发工具ＫＰＷｉｎ，着重探讨了面向对象的知识表示、知识组织及推理机制，提出在宏观和微观两种层次上组织知识，将每一故障诊断知识单元按面向对象的原则做成一小型产生式系统，并设计了基于面向对象知识表达机制的对象内、对象外及元推理的综合推理策略。实际运行效果表明，改善了知识库的质量，提高了推理效率

RESEARCH ON THE FAULT DIAGNOSIS EXPERT SYSTEM FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NYLON-6 IMBIBITION TYRE FABRICS

In this paper, a general structure is presented for a distributed fault diagnosis expert system based on the special conditions of the nylon-6 imbibition tyre fabrics production. Using an expert system developing tool called KPWin,the object-oriented knowledge representation, the knowledge organization and the principle of inference are discussed.The method is put forward to organize knowledge in macro and micro levels and to translate each knowledge unit into a small production system in terms of the object-oriented principle. The reasoning strategy integrating both the meta-reasoning and the internal and external reasoning of objects is also defined,It is proved that the research has improved the quality of Knowledge Bases and enhance the ability of reasoning greatly.
