集成制造系统中基于重复控制的直线伺服单元

重复控制的直线伺服单元主要适合于跟踪快速变化的周期性信号，其输出为期望的周期性直线机械运动。这种运动在ＣＩＭＳ上的自动化设备中较为常见。文章介绍了永磁直线伺服单元的机械结构及重复控制的基本原理；给出了重复控制的直线伺服单元的典型应用场合和实例。

REPETITIVE CONTROL BASED LINEAR SERVO UNIT UNDER YBT CIMS ENVIRONMENT

A kind of repetitive control based linear servo unit which is suitable for those automatic equipment under CIMS environment is presented in this paper. It is very effective if the actuator is needed to track periodic signals or inputs with high accuracy or to reject periodic disturbances to the system. The mechanical structure of the permanent magnetic linear actuator as well as the control principle of the repetitive controller is introduced. Typical applications of proposed linear servo unit are also given.
