无碳碱性中间包覆盖剂保温性能的研究

摘    要:采用测量单向炉补偿功率的方法对影响无碳碱性中间包覆盖剂保温性能的各种原料进行分析,通过调整覆盖剂的化学成分、提高其熔化温度、降低体积密度,以达到更好的保温效果,满足实际生产需求。

Abstract:The present paper analyzed the effect of various raw materials on the temperature holding property of the carbon-free alkali tundish flux by means of measurement on the compensating power of one-way furnace. In order to improve the temperature holding property to meet the demand of actual production, the chemical compositions of the covering flux are adjusted, the volume density reduced and the melting temperature raised as well.
