摘    要:化学镀镍液中Ni2+和H2PO2-是不断消耗的离子,H2PO3-是不断增加的反应产物,因此,要实现镀层性能的精确控制,必须精确分析和控制关键离子的浓度。目前,关于快速准确测定化学镀镍液中主要离子浓度的分析方法的研究还很少,本文研究了用EDTA法和分光光度法测Ni2+浓度;用离子色谱法、碘量法测H2PO2-浓度;用重量法测H2PO3-,结果表明,采用分光光度法测Ni2+浓度、碘量法测H2PO2-浓度、重量法测H2PO3-能较为快速准确的测定浓度。

Abstract:During electroless nickel plating, the ions of Ni2+ and HEPO2-will decrease continuously, while the ion of H2PO3^- will increase continuously in spent electroless nickel plating bath. In order to control the property of plating layer accurately, we must analyze and control the key ion concentration accurately. At present, there're only a few methods to measure main ion concentration in spent electroless nickel plating bath quickly and accurately. In this paper, we studied on using EDTA method and spectrophotometry to muesure the concentration of Ni2+; using ion chromatography and iodometric method to measure the concentration of H2PO2- ; using weight method to muesure the concentration of H2PO3-. By comparing with different measure methods, we got the optimized way to measure main kinds of ions.
