摘    要:以化学镀的方法在单壁碳纳米管表面沉积了镍钴磷合金,讨论了Co2 与Ni2 的浓度比、镀液温度、pH对沉积速率的影响.当镀液中Co2 与Ni2 的浓度比为1时,沉积速率最大.pH和温度的升高都会使沉积速率增大.采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和能谱(EDS)对制备的碳纳米管复合材料进行表征.结果表明:热处理会使碳管上的非晶镍钴磷合金镀层转变为晶态,从而提高镀层性能.

Abstract:A Ni-Co-P alloy was prepared on the surface of single-wall carbon nanotube by electroless plating.The effects of the concentration ratio of Co2 to Ni2 , bath temperature and pH on deposition rate were discussed.The deposition rate reached a maximum when the concentration ratio of Co2 to Ni2 is 1.The increase of pH and temperature increases the deposition rate.The carbon nanotube composite was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results showed that the heat treatment induces a transition of Ni-Co-P alloy deposit on carbon nanotube from amorphous to crystalline, resulting in an improvement of deposit properties.
