微晶玻璃复合材料的研制

摘    要:采用长石、石英、滑石、硼砂、氟化钙、氧化铬等为原料制备微晶玻璃陶瓷复合材料。实验研究了基础玻璃。晶核剂,热处理制度等因素对析晶性能的影响。运用DTA,XRD,SEM等检测设备对微晶玻璃陶瓷的析晶温度、物相组成、微晶结构与形貌等进行了表征,揭示了微晶玻璃的性能与配方、组成之间的关系。

Abstract:Composite materials of glass-ceramics was prepared through using feldspar, quatrz, talcum, borax, calcium fluoride, chromic oxide, ect. Influence of basic glass, nucleating agent, thermal treatment system on crystallization performances of glass - cramics was studied. The crystallization temperature, phase compositions and crystal structure were investigated by DTA, XRD, SEM, et al. Relationship between performances and structure of glass-cramics was studied.
