| 摘 要： | 严重损坏、只能报废的万吨水压机－横梁，经过对其损坏原因的深入分析，确定了在特定条件下的修复方案。在不整体预热、不拆卸的情况下焊修取得了成功。这一成功有很大的实用价值，对于类似设备的修复有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | By means of a profound analysis of the damage causes of the seriously damaged and being liable to be scrapped bottom crosshead of the 10,000 ton water hydraulic die forging press,a repairing stratgy fit in with the particular conditions is determined,resulting in a successful repair of it by means of welding without preheating the entire crosshead or disassembling it.The achievement is of great practical meaning and may be referenced by our counterparts fr repairing similar equipment. |
