| 摘 要： | 介绍了自行开发的旋转电弧焊缝自动跟踪系统,采用性能更高的８０Ｃ１９６ＫＢ单片机实时控制,提出动态采样区域法进行离散采样、数字滤波,实现焊缝 双向跟踪,使系统抗干扰能力强。所开发的系统可直接应用于生产上。

| Abstract: | Control system of the rotating welding arc sensor was developed by the authors. It was timing controlled by the prior single chip microcontroller 80C196KB. Discrete sampling with dynamic sampling range was put forward in this paper. In the sampling range digital filter was done. The dual directional seam tracking was achieved by this control system and anti disturbance was strengthened. The developed system may be used directly in the production. |
