摘    要:采用湿法纺丝技术制备了纤维素/聚乙二醇/生姜共混纤维。由于生姜是一种药物,故这种共混纤维也可以被认为是一种药物纤维。纤维强伸度测试表明该药物纤维的力学性能可以满足进一步加工与应用的要求;而在蒸馏水中的缓释性能的初步研究发现其缓释效果也非常明显。研究中还对所制备的药物纤维进行了差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和红外光谱的测试。

Abstract:Utilizing wet spinning technique, a cellulose/poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)/ginger blend fiber was prepared and characterized. Results showed that its mechanical properties are similarly as cellulose fiber prepared using the same technique in our laboratory. This indicates the blend fiber is capable for further converting and/or applying to fit different requests. Of truly, this case the addition of PEG is of importance to increase the mechanical properties reduced by ginger. DSC curve furthermore evidenced that the addition of ginger is to reduce the transmittance temperature for blend fiber comparing to each component used. A primarily study of the drug release showed that this blend fiber presented obviously release because IR spectra comparison exactly indicated that most intense peaks are obviously reduced than the original blend fiber.
