摘    要:先进焊接方法的引进可视为对传统铆接工艺的一个替代方法,在生产中它可以减少制作成本并且减轻结构重量。然而,焊接过程会导致残余应力的产生和构件的扭转,以及焊接连接件的局部失效。本文旨在确定摩擦焊接组装方法对于加劲板强度性能的影响作用。通过试验验证的有限元分析证实,焊接导致的残余应力有很重要的影响,破坏行为及影响量级没有板的初始屈曲行为敏感。
