摘    要:本文研究了用于泡载分离过程、由高压饱和溶气水减压产生微小气泡过程的流体力学特性。实验采用CO_2-H_2O体系,考察了0.1~0.3MPa压力(表压)下,饱和CO_2水溶液通过三个不同长径比的喷嘴,减压产生的气体流量、气泡直径以及溶液中气泡浓度的变化规律,并对这些规律作了理论分析和经验关联。

INVESTIGATION OF ADSORPTIVE BUBBLE SEPARATOR——DEPRESSURE PROCESS OF HIGH PRESSURE SATURATED WATER
Abstract:The hydrodynamic performances of microbubble formation during saturated water depressure, which is applied to the adsorptive bubble separation, are studied. The gas flow rate, bubble diameter and the bubble concentration in solution are observed by the experiment in which the system used is carbon dioxide-water system, the pressure is in the range of 0.1--0.3MPa(G), and the saturated water solution is depressured through three nozzle with different lenght/diameter ratio. Finally, the theoretical analysis and empirical correlation are carried out to the above parameters.
