| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同手术方式治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效,探讨最佳术式,以最大程度改善预后。方法选择原发出血部位在基底节区的高血压脑出血病人110例,随机分为3组,分别采取骨瓣开颅、小骨窗开颅及微创穿刺抽吸3种手术方法,观察并随访6个月以上,比较各组死亡率及ADL(日常生活能力)间的差别。结果骨瓣开颅组治愈率最高,死亡率最低(P<0.05);小骨窗开颅和微创穿刺引流2组治愈率和死亡率无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论通过临床疗效观察,我们认为骨瓣开颅是治疗高血压基底节脑出血最有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best surgical procedure to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by comparison the clinical effects of different operative incisions.Methods 110 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of basal ganglia hematoma were divided to 3 groups,48 cases received with large cranial window craniotomy,32 cases with small bone flap craniotomy and 30 cases with evacuation of hematoma by puncture and drainage,the mortality and ADL were observed,and the survivals were followed... |
