摘    要:蔗渣含88.3%(干基)的膳食纤维,是一种良好的膳食纤维新资源。本文利用简化的CNDF法从蔗渣中提取出纯净的细胞壁物质(膳食纤维),分析其单糖组成为4.08%Ara,36.54%Xy1,31.68%Glc和3.29%UA。通过80℃H2O,NaClO2—HOAc,1mol/LNaOH和4mol/LNaOH4种溶剂将细胞壁物质分级成7种聚合物组分,并分析它们的单糖组成。

Abstract:Bagasse contains 88. 3% (db. ) 0f dietary fibre, which is a good new resourceof dietary fibre. The pure cell wall material (CWM) or dietary fibre was isolated frombakasse by the simplifiedCNDF method, whose mon0sugar compositions were 4. 08% arabi-n0se, 36. 54% xylose, 31. 68% glucose and 3. 29% uronic acid. Seven polymeric fractionswere further fractionated from pure CWM, with the successive extractions of 8OC H,O l Na-ClO,-HOAc, 1mol/L NaOH and 4mol/L NaOH. The monosugar compsitions of such sevenfractions were all analysed.
