| 摘 要： | 将自由镦粗毛坯外径与冷挤压凹模的关系理解为间隙配合，确定了毛坯的基本偏差和公差带。自由镦粗毛坯公差带有特殊的变化规律，毛坯与凹模的基本尺寸（外径与内径）可写成和GB／T1800．1－1997杨似的配合代号。

| Abstract: | The relation between the outer diameter of free upsetting blank and the inner diameter of cold extrusion die can be comprehended as clearance fit,to confirm the basic tolerance and tolerance band of the blank.There are especial changing rules for the free upsetting blank,the basic dimension of blank and female die outer diameter and inner diameter,can be written as the code name of fit which is similar to GB/T1800 1-1997 |
