摘    要:北方地区多层住宅底层室内地面墙面在春、夏时节和多雨季节,经常出现返潮,结露现象,致使室内环境品质(IEQ)低下,影响居住者身体健康,同时减少建筑使用寿命,本文就地面的泛潮现象及原因进行分析,对解决寒冷气修区多层住宅底层地面潮湿问题,提出防潮构造设计优化措施。

Abstract:In the north regions, the ground floors and walls of multi-storied buildings usually get damp and dew in the raing seasons of spring and summer. This will render IEQ(Interior Environment Quality)poor, influence the dwellers' healthy, and reduce the longevity of the building together. The cause and effect of aquosity of the ground floor are analyzed in this paper. And in order to solve the damp problem of the ground floor of multi-storied building in the cold regions, the writer also put forward some optimum measures of constitution design.
