滚花连接的中空凸轮轴装配过程影响因素分析

摘    要:介绍了中空装配式凸轮轴的滚花连接机理,采用有限元数值模拟分析了滚花连接压装力的影响因素,并进行了凸轮和轴体的压装试验。结果表明,凸轮和轴体材料的匹配、滚花连接区长度、过盈量、滚花齿形及齿间距都是影响装配压装力的主要因素;在凸轮与轴体材料一定的条件下,选用合理的滚花齿形、增大装配过盈量和连接区长度均可提高连接强度。滚花连接压装试验显示,数值模拟预测结果合理、准确、可靠,可为装配机的设计和装配式凸轮轴的生产提供依据。

Abstract:The knurling connection mechanism of the hollow assembled camshaft was presented, the FEM numerical simulation was used to analyze the factors influencing the knurling connection press fit load and the press fit tests of knurling connection was performed. The results show that the material match of camlobe and shaft, the knurling width, the magnitude of connection interference, the knurling tooth form and tooth space influence the knurling connection press fit load. As the materials of camlobe and shaft are established,camlobe-shaft connection strength will increase with the appropriate choice of the knurling tooth form,augment of the interference or the knurling width. The experimental results of the knurling connection were in agreement with the numerical simulation results. It illustrates that the numerical simulation results can provide the basis for the manufacture of assembled camshaft and the design of the assembling equipments of knurling connection.
