单相多电平功率因数校正变换器应用的实验研究

摘    要:在高压和/或大功率应用的场合,为了减小电感的体积、减少管子的耐压、减少EMI和提高系统的效率和功率密度,该文研究了单相多电平功率因数校正变换器。以四电平功率因数校正变换器为例,该文详细分析了四电平功率因素校正变换器的工作机理和控制方法。为了验证单相多电平功率因数校正变换器及其控制方法,该文搭建了一台2kw四电平功率因素校正变换电路的实验样机,理论结果和实验结果证明了单相多电平功率因数校正变换器的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:For high power and/or high voltage applications, in order to reduce the voltage of switches, reduce the size of the inductor, reduce EMI and improve converter efficiency and power density, the single-phase multilevel power factor correction converter is studied in the paper. Taking four level power factor correction converter as a example, the operation principle and control method of it are analyzed in detail. A 2kW four level power factor correction converter is established, theoretical and experimental results are presented to verify the rightness and practicality of the single-phase multilevel power factor correction converter.
