PVC电缆热解时卤酸气体生成规律实验研究

摘    要:利用高温管式炉对PVC电缆在不同条件下其卤酸气体的生成规律进行了实验研究。实验结果表明温度对卤酸气体产量的影响最大,卤酸气体的含量与温度近似呈对数函数的关系。研究PVC电缆受热时卤酸气体的释放规律,对评价电缆的火灾危险和相关消防工程设计具有重要意义。

Abstract:It will be very valuable for evaluating the fire risk and designing the fire engineering to study the nature of the halogen gas releasing of the PVC cable under heat decomposition condition.This paper utilized the tube furnace to research the rule of the releasing of the halogen gas of the PVC cable under different heat conditions.The experimental results indicates that temperature is the most notable factor to the halogen gas yield,and there is a relationship of logarithmic function between the halogen gas yield of the PVC cable and the temperature under hydrogenation condition.
