摘 要: | 以自行合成的NJ—1型插层剂对蒙托土(MMT)进行改性,并以X射线衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱及热重分析表征了改性蒙脱土(OMMT)的性能。采用单体熔体插层—原位本体聚合的方法,制备了PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料,测定了该材料的热稳定性及力学性能。结果表明,含1.2%OMMT的PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量较PA6分别提高14%、16.2%及38.1%,断裂伸长率及冲击强度则分别下降了37.7%及4.5%。

PERFORMANCE OF PA6/OMMT NANOCOMPOSITE PREPARED BY IN SITU INTERCALATION POLYMERIZATION |

Abstract: | Montmorillonite (MMT) was modified by using self-made NJ-1 intercalating agent. The performance of the organized MMT (OMMT) was characterized via X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). PA6/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by using monomer melt intercalation-in situ bulk polymerization technology, and their thermal stability and mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that the tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus of elasticity in flexure increased by 14%, 16.2%, 38.1% seprately than those of PA6, while the breaking elongation and impact strength decreased by 37.7% and 4.5% respectively, when the content of OMMT was 1.2%. |
