基于有限元方法的QTZ40塔机模态分析与试验

摘    要:指出在塔武起重机结构轻量化设计中,采用中高强度结构钢来代替普通Q235碳素结构钢,可以减轻塔机重量,应用有限单元法程序ANSYS对QTZ40塔机进行了动态特性分析,建立了塔机的有限元分析模型,计算并探讨了塔机前六阶模态的固有频率和振型,以完善塔机动态设计.

Abstract:The paper points out that in the structure lightweight design of the tower crane, adopting high strength structure steel instead of common Q235 carbon structural steel can release the tower crane weight, gets dynamic characteristic analysis on the QTZ40 tower crane based on the finite element program ANSYS, establishes finite dement analysis model of the tower crane, calculates and discusses the natural fre-quency and vibration modal of the former six modal of the tower crane, so as to perfect the dynamic design of the tower crane.
