无机电致发光光柱显示器

摘    要:无机电致发光是在发光层以及介质层均为无机材料的电致激励发光现象,虽然其发光原理至今仍有争论,但由于其功耗小,才质柔软可弯曲,故在显示领域中已有大量应用。本文在简单介绍了无机电致发光光柱的结构及生产工艺的基础上,对其静态驱动显示技术进行了详细的讨论。介绍了构成静态驱动电路结构的各器件的功能、电源电路的实现形式及电压、频率测量的软件流程,并在电路结构上与动态驱动显示技术做了简单的比较。

Abstract:Inorganic electroluminescence refer to electrons blazeing luminescene phenomenon which include luminescence layer and medium layer made of inorganic materials. Although luminescence theory is disputed,it is applied to display technology field in large scale because of its excellence of economized power and silken materials. The paper emphasizes on the static driving and displaying technology of the inorganic electroluminescence bar graphic display,based on the simple introduction of its structure and technics. And it also describes the functions of the apparatus which make of the driving circuit and the realization of the power circuit. The process of measuring voltage and frequency is listed. At last ,it simply compares the static driving with dynamic driving in circuit structure.
