PP/PE复合基材及其增韧研究

摘    要:研究了PP/PE共混复合基材的力学性能和形态结构与组成配比的关系.结果表明,PP/HDPE/EPDM和PP/LLDPE共混体系可以制成具有高抗冲击性能的复合基材,且其他力学性能均衡,加工性能良好。弹性体SRS对复合基材的力学性能及形态有较大影响.实验结果表明,LLDPE具有分割、插入、细化PP球晶的作用,并与PP有较好的相容性;EPDM对PP/HDPE共混体系具有良好的增容效果。

Abstract:The relations between the mechanical properties, morphological structures andcomposition formula ratio of PP/PE composite base materials are studied. The results showthat the high impact resistant composite materials can be made of PP/HDPE/EPDM andPP/LLDPE blends. The other mechanical properties and processing properties of these mate-rials are also good. Elastomer SBS has great effect on the mechanical properties andmorphology of the composite base materials. It is found by experiments that LLDPE mayhave the functions of breaking up, inserting and pulverizing PP spherulites and is compati-ble well with PP. EPDM may effectively improve the compatibility of PP/HDPE blends.
