废铅蓄电池及废料回收铅的生产实践

摘    要:采用固相电解技术,处理废铅酸蓄电池及制造蓄电池过程中产生的各种铅废料。对废蓄电池和铅废料进行分类处理,铅锑合金废蓄电池可产出铅锑工作合金及99.99%精铅,铅钙合金废蓄电池及铅废料可产出铅钙工作合金及国标1#精铅。

Abstract:The waste lead-acid batteries and various lead wastes from battery manufacturing process were treated with the solid-phase electrolysis technology.Various waste batteries and lead wastes were separated to be treated.The waste lead-acid batteries with Pb-Sb alloy can be treated to produce Pb-Sb work alloy and 99.99 % refined lead.The waste lead-acid batteries and lead wastes which contained Pb-Ca alloy can be treated to produce Pb-Ca work alloy and GB1# refined lead.
